Job summary

Michaels Stonecrest is seeking a customer-focused associate in Charlotte, NC to help customers find framing options and create custom framing solutions. You will assist with in-store shopping, ensure products are well merchandised, and help maintain a clean, safe environment throughout the shift.

You will complete framing orders with accuracy, stock and service the framing department, and support omni-channel processes to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• retail experience preferred; experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions and deliver sales goals.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist Omni channel processes.
• Follow company programs and support shrink and safety programs.
