Domino’s Pizza in Wilmington, NC is seeking a part-time CSR - Insider to greet customers, take orders by phone or in person, and support pizza making on the line. You’ll build relationships with guests and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

Ideal candidates have a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to handle cash and quick orders. Training and advancement opportunities are highlighted in this role.

Competenze

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent attitude and customer service mindset.
• Able to handle cash and give correct change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills.
• Ability to process orders quickly using computer or touch screen.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Mansioni

• Taking orders over phone and in person
• Greeting customers within 10 seconds
• Building relationships with customers
• Keeping the customer area clean
• Assisting Pizza Makers with toppings and dough
