Job summary

Linq Agency Inc. is seeking a motivated Credit Card Sales Representative to join our growing field sales team.

You will promote and manage a national leading credit card program in-store, delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving card applications and sign-ups. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in credit card or retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.
• 1+ year of experience in credit card sales, financial product sales, or retail sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Confident approaching and engaging customers in a high-traffic retail setting.
• Ability to quickly learn and clearly explain credit card terms, benefits, and offers.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport and introduce the credit card program.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the credit card offer that best fits their shopping habits.
• Educate customers on card features, benefits, rewards, and current promotional offers.
• Guide customers through the credit card application process accurately and efficiently.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns about the credit card program with clarity and care.
• Achieve individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for card applications and approvals.
• Track and analyze personal sales results to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and daily reports.
