Job summary

LINQ is seeking motivated, confident, and customer focused Credit Card Sales Representative to join our growing field sales team in a fast-paced retail environment in Arizona. The role promotes a national co-brand credit card program and drives applications.

You will engage shoppers, explain benefits, guide applications, and achieve daily/weekly targets while protecting customer data. Excellent communication and sales skills, plus the ability to learn quickly, are essential; flexible shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales experience in credit card, financial product sales, or retail.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers to build rapport and introduce the credit card program.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best offer.
• Educate customers on card features, rewards, offers.
• Guide customers through the credit card application process.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and daily reports.
• Protect customer information and follow privacy requirements.
• Represent the company professionally and build relationships with store staff.
• Attend training and stay updated on program updates.
• Escalate issues to Field Supervisor as required.
