The Credit Card Sales Representative promotes and manages a national leading co-brand credit card program in store, delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving card applications and sign-ups. This role calls for excellent communication and customer service skills, sales experience, and the ability to quickly learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary is an asset.
• 1+ year in credit card, financial product, or retail sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport and introduce the credit card program.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the credit card offer that best fits their shopping habits.
• Educate customers on card features, rewards, and current promotional offers.
• Guide customers through the credit card application process accurately and efficiently.
• Achieve individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for card applications and approvals.
• Track and analyze personal sales results to identify opportunities and improve performance.
