Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail selling experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
• Travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and guide customers to suitable products and services.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and educate customers on options.
• Resolve billing, service, and equipment questions; process payments and exchanges.
