Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in-stock across assigned stores.

You will drive your own vehicle to multiple locations, follow merchandising standards, and collaborate with store personnel to maximize brand visibility and sales. A valid driver’s license and physical endurance are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment with physical activities like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. and occasionally over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
