Job summary

Mondelez International in the United States is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and manage product orders to ensure in-stock conditions using Salesforce.

Responsibilities include visiting stores, representing the brand professionally, and collaborating with store teams. Must be at least 18 with a valid license; physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid drivers license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs; may lift >50 lbs occasionally.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Lima, OH; secondary locations include Decatur, IN and other IN/OH towns.
• Open availability weekdays, including one weekend day.
• Start time 07:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism and as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and RTM priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
