Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Cameron, MO. You will stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure products are in stock while delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.

Responsibilities include visiting stores, ordering product via iPad, and coordinating with RTMs. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting up to 25 lbs, moving stock, and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism as the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily RTM schedules for efficient coverage with the team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTMs and management.
• Stay safe and compliant with the physical nature of the role.
