Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Manchester, IA. You'll bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store with displays, stocking, and shelf optimization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs; may lift more during stocking.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Manchester, IA; secondary locations Independence, IA.
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday; start time 06:00 AM – 08:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity to engage store teams and shoppers.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Execute promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and moving products.
