Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license for multiple store locations.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Schedule availability Tue–Sat; start time 06:00–08:00.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Janesville, WI; secondary Fort Atkinson, WI location.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management; stay safe and compliant.
