Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless and connectivity brand. As an independent contractor, you will act as a liaison between the brand and retail environments, performing recurring in-store audits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, about one hour per visit, with immediate start dates after certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Visit execution begins with an audit and moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, transitioning into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display & merchandising fixes: assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & reporting: use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
