Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless and connectivity brand. As an independent contractor, you will serve as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing regular store visits and ensuring product quality and brand consistency.

Visit durations are one hour, scheduled twice per month, with total store count varying by market.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Initial audits followed by follow-up visits to resolve issues and transition to visual merchandising.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos.
