Job summary

ThirdChannel in the United States is seeking a Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless brand. This freelance, independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and immediate start dates after certification.

You will visit stores onsite for one hour per visit, twice per month, using the ThirdChannel App to record surveys and photos. Transportation and a personal smart device are required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.

• Reliable transportation to visit local retail locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store retail audits and quality control visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Conduct initial audits, then follow-up visits to resolve issues and progress to visual merchandising.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
