Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. This 1099 role acts as a key liaison between the brand and retail stores, with visits scheduled twice per month, one hour each.

Independent contractor position offering flexible scheduling, immediate start dates upon certification, and opportunities to enhance brand visibility across assigned locations using the ThirdChannel App for reporting.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Each initial visit begins with an audit, then follow-up visits to resolve issues and transition to visual merchandising.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
