Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will serve as a liaison between the brand and store environments, performing recurring visits to audit product presentation and elevate brand experience.

Store visits are one hour long and scheduled twice per month; immediate start dates are available upon certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and highly professional.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless/telecommunications retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Perform structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Begin with an audit, then follow-up visits to resolve issues and progress to visual merchandising.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand/display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
