Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits and merchandising as a 1099 contractor across wireless/telecom retail locations. You will act as liaison between brand and stores, performing audits, ensuring product quality, and elevating the brand experience.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour each, with immediate start dates upon certification. Flexible, supplemental income with travel to local stores.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship skills.
• High attention to detail and highly professional.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to local stores.
• Own a smart device with internet (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and store conditions.
• Initial audit, then follow-up visits to resolve issues and evolve into visual merchandising.
• Assist staff with brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
