Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. As an independent liaison between the brand and retail environments, you will perform recurring store visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits run one hour and are scheduled twice per month, with total store count varying by market.

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail; highly professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Initial audits, followed by visits to resolve issues, progressing to visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
