Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless and connectivity brand. The role acts as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, with visits lasting one hour and scheduled twice per month.

This independent contractor position offers flexible scheduling, with immediate start dates upon certification and compensation starting at $24 per hour, plus travel incentives.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and highly professional.
• Tech-savvy with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Initial audits, follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
