Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless/connectivity brand. You’ll serve as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, with visits scheduled twice monthly and one hour per visit.

The role offers flexible scheduling as a 1099 independent contractor, with immediate start dates upon certification and travel incentives for each store visit.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Visit execution includes initial audits and follow-up visits to resolve issues.
• Assist retail staff with display fixes and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data/photos.
