Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality-control visits for a wireless/ connectivity brand. This 1099 independent contractor role focuses on liaisoning between the brand and retail stores, with visits scheduled twice monthly.

Visits are one hour each, with total stores varying by market. Immediate start dates are available upon certification, offering flexible supplemental income and travel incentives.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality.
• High attention to detail, highly professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
