Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative in a flexible freelance capacity. You will perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand, traveling to local stores on a twice-monthly schedule, with visits lasting one hour each.

As an independent contractor, you will use the ThirdChannel App for reporting and ensure accurate, timely data. Certification is required to start, with immediate start dates available upon completion.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/telecommunications or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Initial audit followed by follow-up visits to resolve issues and promote visual merchandising.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to submit surveys, data, and photos.
