Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will act as a liaison between brand and retail environments, conducting recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Visits are one hour each and scheduled twice per month, with total store count varying by market. Immediate start dates are available after certification, with flexible scheduling and travel

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
