Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will act as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing scheduled 1-hour visits twice per month, ensuring product presentation, brand visibility, and accurate reporting via the ThirdChannel App.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and highly professional.
• Tech-savvy with comfort navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to traveling to local stores.
• Own a smart device with internet (iOS 17+/Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/telecom retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured in-store audits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Initial audit followed by follow-up visits to resolve issues and enhance merchandising.
• Assist staff in fixing display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
