Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless/connected brand. Visits are scheduled twice monthly, one hour each, with flexible hours and immediate start after certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured in-store audits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Execute recurring store visits; follow up to resolve issues and progress merchandising.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data/photos.
