Advantage Solutions is seeking individuals to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This role offers the chance to connect with shoppers, introduce new products, and contribute to a dynamic retail experience.

You will work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends, and be supported with training and team resources. No prior experience is required, and the position emphasizes safety and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing and able to engage customers.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean the work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Capable of recording shift activity on a smartphone or tablet.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with action and results focus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety in a retail environment.

Responsibilities
