Advantage Solutions is seeking team members to help shape shopping experiences by sampling food and beverages for customers across our client brands. You will connect with shoppers, share product benefits, and drive sales in a dynamic retail setting.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and ongoing team support. This role offers flexible 2-3 shifts per week, weekend availability, and benefits to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic interaction with customers and management.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Capable of preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area/equipment.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Can use a smartphone/tablet to record shifts.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Maintain safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
