Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking associates to drive sales through food and beverage sampling in a retail environment. You will interact with customers, promote products, and help shoppers discover new items while meeting store standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Availability for 2–3 shifts per week including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours.
• Able to prep, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Comfort using a smartphone or tablet to record shift activities.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
