Advantage Solutions is seeking energetic teammates to help shape shopping experiences by sampling food and beverages. You’ll engage customers, promote products, and connect shoppers with new items in a dynamic retail setting.

The role offers $15.00 per hour with training provided. Growth opportunities exist; we promote from within, and benefits can be customized to fit your needs. Availability on weekends and 2–3 shifts weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service friendly attitude.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Weekend availability and 2–3 shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling.
• Interact with shoppers and introduce them to new products.
• Record shift activities using a smartphone or tablet.
