Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will act as the liaison between the brand and store environments, conducting recurring visits to maintain product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour each, with immediate start upon certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Visit Execution: Initial audit, followed by follow-up visits to resolve issues and progress to visual merchandising.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos.
