American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives to engage shoppers inside national home improvement retail stores. Earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission and enjoy weekly direct deposit, paid training, and flexible schedules in Charlotte, NC.

Opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles exist, with no door-to-door canvassing or cold calling. Must be able to attend weekly in-office meetings and pass a background check.

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour + commission. Earning potential: $25 - $35/hour on average with commission. Schedule: Monday - Sunday. Location: Charlotte, NC.
