Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Charlotte, NC. You can earn $20–$22 per hour plus commission, with an earning potential of $25–$35 per hour on average.

Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities with weekly pay apply. No door-to-door canvassing and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check as required by law.
