Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience proactively selling beauty or cosmetic products and delivering customer care
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet objectives
• Knowledge of products and brands to engage customers
• Basic PC/tablet skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience
• Models and shares customer care best practices by proactively offering assistance and identifying needs
• Greets and engages customers to identify needs and provide product options
• Provides product demonstrations and consultations using tools like Skin Hydrometer and tablet
• Leads in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty
• Builds relationships and ensures authentic closure of interactions
• Engages with omni-channel solutions to enhance customer experience
• Locates products in other stores or online when unavailable
