Job summary

Makeup by Mario is a fast-growing prestige beauty brand seeking a Sales & Education Manager to drive brand performance across Sephora stores in the North Midwest and Midwest markets. This field-based role focuses on in-store execution, events, education, and strong partnerships with store teams.

In this hands-on position, you will sell, educate, and coach Beauty Advisors, execute events, and collaborate with the Regional Manager to prioritize doors and drive measurable sales results.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sephora environment is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Open availability including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel within the Greater Chicago area.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in Sephora stores and support clients with product knowledge.
• Lead in-store events and activations with a focus on ROI and performance.
• Own performance across assigned doors and analyze store results.
• Provide feedback on stock levels and communicate risks/opportunities to leadership.
