Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Colleague, also known as a Beauty Advisor, to provide expert makeup and skincare guidance, demonstrations, and personalized consultations to enhance the shopping experience.

You will educate customers, build lasting relationships, and drive sales through product knowledge, loyalty program promotions, and excellent hospitality on the sales floor. Full-time and part-time schedules include weekends and vary by business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience required.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.

Responsibilities
