This role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and scheduling in-home consultations for ARS home comfort solutions.

You will start friendly conversations about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality, educating customers on ARS services while maintaining a professional in-store presence.

• Must be able to attend weekly in-office meetings and shifts include weekends
