ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Nashville, TN. You will engage with homeowners, introduce ARS heating and home comfort solutions, and drive lead generation and appointment setting.

The role offers exposure to a high-energy sales environment with uncapped commissions, weekly pay, paid training, and flexible schedules for part-time or full-time positions. Must attend a weekly Nashville branch meeting.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend availability and some holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment contingent on a background check.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions alongside management and ARS team members.
