ARS-Rescue Rooter in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking In-Store Appointment Setters / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement stores. This role focuses on engaging shoppers, qualifying leads, and scheduling in-home consultations or service appointments, with pay of $17/hr plus commission.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).

Overview

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Appointment Setters / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $17 per hour + commission. Earning potential: $20 - $30/hour on average with commission. Schedule: Flexible, Weekends required, typically 10:00am - 5:00pm. Location: Myrtle Beach, SC. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• You don't need HVAC experience to be successful.
• We are looking for people who are: Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in‑office meetings
