American Residential Services is hiring in Inverness, FL for a retail sales role in home services. Earn a base hourly pay of $18–$20 plus uncapped commission, with earning potential $20–$30/hour including commissions, and flexible schedules including weekends.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities, paid training, weekly direct deposit, and a path to HVAC sales advisor roles. In-store engagements and lead generation targets support a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
