Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional kitchen and bath design experience.
• Strong ability to design layouts and present concepts to clients.
• Proficiency with 20/20 or AutoCAD; able to utilize manufacturer product software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to provide expert guidance on kitchen and bath design projects.
• Educate, guide, and recommend products and project solutions aligned with each client’s design goals.
• Balance a strong sales focus with an understanding of margin expectations and overall profitability.
• Maintains accurate, detailed project documentation, including meeting notes and design drawings.
• Produce professional layouts using applicable design software (e.g., 20/20).
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including site measures, order entry, contract documentation, delivery scheduling, and follow-up.
• Develop design solutions for both residential and select commercial projects.
