Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Alpharetta and surrounding areas. The team offers supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to help you grow your ABA career.

We provide ongoing training, BCBA supervision, and career advancement opportunities, with flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months of ABA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
