Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the greater Atlanta area. This in-home, school, or clinic role supports children through evidence-based ABA therapy and data collection.

Responsibilities include 1:1 therapy, following BCBA-designed plans, recording progress, and collaborating with families. A high school diploma and RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
