Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks an In-Room Dining Agent for The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside, CA. You will take guest orders, coordinate with kitchen and service staff, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.

Join a fast-paced hotel team focused on guest satisfaction, accuracy, and professional service. Shift availability may include evenings and weekends; hourly wage starts at $18.25 per hour.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality or food service preferred.
• Strong communication and telephone etiquette skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and guest service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls for room service orders professionally and courteously.
• Accurately record food, beverage, and special dietary requests.
• Enter orders into the hotel's POS system.
• Communicate order details to kitchen and service teams.
• Monitor order preparation and delivery times.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Coordinate tray pickup and room service follow-up when required.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and hotel services.
