Job summary

Pool Cook 4 at Four Seasons Maui is a full-time culinary position within the Food & Beverage division. You will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest orders, while maintaining safety and sanitary standards.

The role reports to the Kitchen Management Team and requires authorization to work in the United States. Responsibilities include assisting with guest service, breaking down and setting up stations, and stocking service areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months culinary or related work experience.
• Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to work at least one station in an outlet.
• Hawaii Food Handler's Card.
• Tuberculosis Clearance.
• ServSafe certification within 3 months.

Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to theKitchen Management Team.Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Assistance with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guest, as well as removal of items from the guest’s table.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum six months culinary or related work experience.
• Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean all equipment and utensils.
• Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to work a minimum of one station in an outlet.
• Hawaii Food Handler's Card
• Tuberculosis Clearance
• ServSafe (within 3 months)
