Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Capa Server Assistant to support our Spanish-influenced rooftop steakhouse and bar. You will assist servers and bartenders, clear and reset tables, and help maintain glassware, bar stock and service standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of Food & Beverage experience, a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, and fluent English with legal work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required for guest interactions.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

Capa Server Assistant

Who We Look For:

The Server Assistant position assists the Food Server in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables according to standards.

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support in Capa, our Spanish-influenced cuisine, rooftop steakhouse and bar with 1 – 2 years of Food & Beverage experience.

What You'll Do:

• Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver
• Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service
• Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions

What You Bring:

• Background in fine dining with an emphasis on high volume of 1-2 years is preferred.
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.

• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
