Job summary

Thompson Palm Springs is seeking a Part-Time In Room Dining Server to join our luxury resort team in Palm Springs. You will stock, set up, and deliver room service orders, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Role requires a Food Handler Card and RBS certification, with 21+ age for alcohol service. Prior hotel experience is preferred; excellent communication and stamina are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold Riverside County Food Handler’s Card.
• California RBS certification required or obtained.
• Must be at least 21 to handle alcohol.
• Experience in hotel/resort setting preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock, set-up, and deliver all room service orders to guest rooms.
• Retrieve trays and maintain a neat, sanitary room appearance.
• Know all hotel services and menu items inside out.
• Relay dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
• Post accurately in POS for kitchen and service teams.
