Qualifications

• Weekend availability required.
• One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Ability to stand and move about during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections and answer questions about ingredients and preparation.
• Take orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer drinks, desserts, or coffee as appropriate.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Promote menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain cleaning and safety standards throughout the shift.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings and follow service sequence with attention to detail.
• Deliver on guest expectations and contribute to WOW moments.
