Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of menus, dish and glassware service, and apply it to guest service.
• Follow proper tray setup including silverware, napkins, condiments, beverages, and special requests.
• Develop knowledge of service standards for beer, liquor, and wine while complying with laws.
• Return checks and payments promptly; call back after 5–10 minutes to ensure satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations at all times.
