Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood seeks a Room Service Server to provide fast and flawless in-room dining service to guests. You will take orders, prepare and deliver meals with professionalism, hospitality, and attention to guest needs.

Requirements include a minimum of three years in Food and Beverage in a high‑pace setting, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working in a casino environment with loud, bustling conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of previous Food and Beverage experience in a high-paced environment with cocktail serving experience, experience in large and heavy tray handling is preferred, possess excellent interpersonal service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor, manage multiple tasks and remain calm in very high paced and stressful environment and work under pressure, ability to speak and to listen in a public forum, basic math skill is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and flawless service to in-room dining guests.
• Take guest orders and arrange for deliveries on and off property.
• Maintain professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
