Job summary

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel in Utah is seeking an In Room Dining Server to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting within a premier resort.

You will take guest orders, coordinate with kitchen and room service, and ensure timely, accurate delivery to guest rooms, maintaining Hyatt's standards of hospitality.

Prior serving experience is preferred; excellent communication and a friendly demeanor are essential to thrive in a luxury hospitality environment.

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is in the famed Deer Valley ski resort and approximately 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is part of a new development, planned to incorporate 17 ski lifts, ±1,600 residential units, 8 hotels with a total of ±1,350 rooms, ±250,000 square feet of conference and retail space, and one of the largest “ski beaches” in the world.

The In Room Dining Server is responsible primarily for taking the guest's food and/or beverage orders and delivering it to their room. This person must have good communication skills as well as guest service abilities. This is a fast paced position with constant customer interaction. Prior serving experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have current Alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state government agency. Food service and/or other certification as required
